The tournament is for A.Y.S.O. Area 3E and Area 3G  Under-10 and U-12 players, and will consist of Boys and Girls divisons in each age group. The format is 7 v 7 with a maximum roster of 12 players. Games will last 20 minutes with a short half-time break. Substitutions may be made at half time and, quickly, at a stoppage in play near half way through each half.

The tournament is held at Utica Proctor Park (1940 Welsh Bush Rd. Utica NY 13501).
