2006

Twenty-seven teams in 7 divisions participated in the 2006 Future Famers Tournament at the Soccer Hall of Fame in Oneonta, NY, on August 5, 2006. The weather was beautiful - bright sunny and warm but with a cool breeze.  The seven divisions were U-12 Girls, U12 BoysU-14 GirlsU-16 GirlsU-16 Boys, U19 Girls and U19 Boys. U16 and U19 boys were run as a combined division with 4 teams but prizes were awarded in each division. The three U19 Girls teams played 25 minute games with each team playing each other twice. Six short felds, 75x54 each, were used by splitting three of the full-sized Hall of Fame fields in half. Officiating was excellent, and we were grateful for participation of Craig Bohnert, NISOA again this year, and for all of the referees and assistant referees who helped. out. Special thanks goes to Ed Kobos for organizing the referee assignements. Click here for the list of referees. Results for each division are listed below.
