As of June 16,  U10 and U12 teams entered in the tournament are:
U-12 Boys (8): Camden, Clinton, Deerfield, Holland Patent, New Hartford, Old Forge, Utica, Whitestown
U12 Girls (6): Clinton, Holland Patent, New Hartford, Utica, Westmoreland-Oriskany, Whitestown 
U10 Boys (8): Holland Patent, Mohawk, New Hartford, Sauquoit, Utica-1, Utica-2, Westmoreland-Oriskany, Whitestown
U10 Girls Morning (5): Clinton, New Hartford-1, Richfield Springs, Rome-Lee, Utica
U10 Girls Afternoon (6): Camden,  Holland Patent, Mohawk, New Hartford-2, Westmoreland-Oriskany, Whitestown


Note: due to the large number of U10 Girls teams, there are two separate divisions.
