How to Enter a U14 or U16-19 Regional Select Side Team

1. Identify a Coach and Assistant Coach
2. Select from 7 to 12 players. The selection process should be fair and open to all players
3. Identify an Assistant Referee. Each team must provide an assistant referee. 
4. Print out and complete the U14 U16-19 Team Registration Form.
5. Have the Regional Commissioner sign the form to verify player eligibility.
6. Send completed form and $12 per player entry fee (checks only made out to AYSO Area 3G) to:

How to Enter a U10 or U12  Regional Select Side Team

1. Identify a Coach and Assistant Coach
2. Select from 7 to 12 players. The selection process should be fair and open to all players
3. Identify a Referee and Assistant Referee. Each team must provide a referee and assistant referee. Center refs will not referee their own teams games.
4. Print out and complete the U10 U12 Team Registration Form.
5. Have the Regional Commissioner sign the form to verify player eligibility.
6. Send completed form and a single check made out to AYSO Area 3E for the $12 per player entry fee to

Forms should be received by 30 May, 2009 for U10 and U12 teams entering the June 20 tournament. Checks should be made out to AYSO Area 3E.
